The Heart of the Valley Integrated Children’s Centre, Blaina

The Baby Café drop-in is freely accessible to all Mothers needing Support with Breast Feeding in Blaenau Gwent.

A Baby Café Centre is generally open once a week and set out with coffee tables, comfy sofas and Play areas for accompanying Toddlers. All Pregnant or Breast Feeding mothers are welcome to drop-in at any time during opening hours. No appointment is necessary and Partners, supporters and Health Professionals are also welcome.

The Baby Café is Facilitated by the Sure Start Health Visitor in conjunction with Midwives and Breast Feeding Peer Counsellors.

Help and advice is available on all aspects of Breast Feeding and its impact on daily life from starting to stopping and all the variations in between.
