- Suffer from headaches, upset stomach, skin rash or migraines

- Feel like you want to cry a lot
- Not want to eat or want to eat more than usual
- Feel like you have no control
- Feel useless

GUIDE Do you feel stressed?

Parents or carers may be putting pressure on you to do well in exams. Try talking to them about how this makes you feel. Remember - they are just trying to encourage you, although it may not feel this way.

If you feel stressed during a situation, just take a deep breath and walk away, even if you walk away for a few minutes.

Try eating a healthy diet, and ensure you have enough sleep. It may be difficult, but lack of sleep can make you feel worse.

Don't drink or smoke when you feel stressed. It may feel that it helps at the time, but it will just make things worse for you.
