The project, Launched in 2004 is a partnership between
Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Working Links, Welsh Development Agency, Job Centre Plus and Careers Wales Gwent. The project is supported by Welsh Assembly Government and aims to engage with the long term unemployed residents of Blaenau Gwent by helping them remove barriers and enter training, part and full time work and volunteering.
They Do This “By providing training opportunities, and by matching skilled people to suitable employment, we can help create a dynamic and thriving economy for Blaenau Gwent.”
