The Blaenau Gwent branch of the society aims to help people with dementia and their families through:

Outreach Information Project
providing information and emotional support
signposting to local services which can offer additional help
Home & office visits
local carer support meetings
younger person with dimentia project
organised outings and social events
carers' education and information sessions
Gwent befriending project

There is no charge for any of these services but we are always gratefull for donations.
